Map

Distillery for Norfolk Lavender. Manufacturers marks on oldest distilling machinery dates to around 1920. Boiler is 1928 and water pump is 1938. This site was used for the distilling of lavender into essential oils and sent to Heacham for manufacture into soap, powder and colognes. On Google Street View, the sliding doors on NIAS' 1979 plans are bricked up, question weather the site is still in use as most surrounding buildings are converted to housing (S1).
