Field survey of proposed development site (Field 1).
1 ?Lower-Middle Palaeolithic flint side scraper and 1 handaxe thinning flake.
1 ?Late Mesolithic/Early Neolithic flint blade.
6 Neolithic/Bronze Age flint cores, 190 flakes and 27 blades.
1 Roman pottery sherd.
21 medieval/post-medieval tiles.
15 post-medieval pottery sherds and 12 clay pipe fragments.
27 modern pottery sherds.
