Full Description
March 2010. Systematic Fieldwalking and Metal-detecting Survey.
Field Survey of proposed development area (Field 9).
The survey recovered a possible Late Upper Palaeolithic to Early Mesolithic flint blade and a number of worked flints of probable Neolithic to Early Bronze Age date (including flakes, a small number of blades and a scraper). Roman, medieval and post-medieval pottery were also recovered.
