Summary
This is the site of a steam engine house probably dating from the 1860s. By 1906, it had been replaced by a steam engine placed directly beside the mill (NHER 8460) to the south.

Full Description
This is the site of a mid 19th century steam engine house. By (S1) it had gone and was replaced by another engine house adjacent to the mill (NHER 8460) to the south.
