Map

October 2011. Norfolk Rural Schools Survey.
Built in 1861 this school consisted of two rooms, a large school room for approximately 60 pupils, and an infants room for 24 children. The school was closed on February 18th 1949 (mid-term) which possibly indicates a forced closure due to a crisis of some kind, and the pupils were transferred to West Bradenham school the following Monday.
