Summary

Metal-detecting in 2012 recovered Neolithic/Early Bronze Age flint flakes; an Early Bronze Age flint dagger; a post-medieval pottery sherd;a Roman-medieval lava quern fragment; undatable burnt flint and an iron slag fragment; Iron Age and medieval coins and a number of other, medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a medieval lace chape; medieval/post-medieval buckles, a cast copper alloy ring and toggle (possibly from sword-belt or hanger) and a post-medieval button, candlestick, furniture fitting, spoon and lead weight.

Undatable burnt flint and an iron slag fragment.
Neolithic/Early Bronze Age flint flakes and blade.
Early Bronze Age flint dagger (S1).
1 Late Iron Age coin.
Roman-medieval lava quern fragment.
1 medieval coin and a lace chape.
Medieval/post-medieval copper alloy cast ring, buckles, toggle (possibly from sword-belt or hanger)
1 post-medieval pottery sherd, lead weight, button, candlestick, drawer-handle back-plate and spoon.
