Full Description
A post-medieval milestone recorded by the Milestone Society and originally positioned along the Norwich to Buxton and Aylsham road, but now positioned in a private garden. It is a square-sectioned pillar with the inscription on the front face.
The inscription reads:
FRONT: "TO/NORWICH/1 MILE/-/BUXTON/7 MILES".
