Summary
A number of Paleolithic flint implements and pieces have been recovered from the general beach area over an unspecified time period. Many of the pieces may merely be natural flints.

The British Museum holds a flint from Runton that is now recorded as a natural thermal flake. Ex Harker; transferred from Buckinghamshire County Museum (1995,0501.9).
