Full Description
June 1900. Near Beeston Regis Hall.
Half of a handaxe (19cm by 10cm by 5cm) (7.5in by 4in by 2in) was found when about to be built into modern wall. Actually laid in mortar when noticed. Original locality unknown. Pointed oval cross section.
