Summary

Metal-detecting in 2009 recovered a post-medieval coin as well as Roman and Late Saxon to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman handle from an implement, possibly a knife; a Roman/post-medieval copper alloy ring; a Late Saxon/medieval mount; medieval buckles and a harness pendant; a medieval/post-medieval crotal bell and buckle and a post-medieval mount.
