October 2012 Survey
Survey of WW2 defences carried out by C. Kolonko (HES). No evidence for the emplcement survives but the landowner gave a detailed description of the original location for this spigot mortar thimble.

November 2012
A spigot mortar emplacement was originally sited here to cover the road junction to the north-west. The thimble has since been removed and buried nearby by the landowner.
