Summary

Metal-detecting between 2012 and 2015 recovered Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons and tokens and Middle Bronze Age and Roman to medieval/post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Middle Bronze Age palstave fragment; a Roman brooch; an Early Saxon sleeve clasp, girdle hanger and buckle frame; a Late Saxon brooch; a medieval lead weight, coin weight and belt or harness mount and a medieval/post-medieval book clasp, copper alloy skillet or posnet handle and a copper alloy vessel fragment.
