Summary

Primitive Methodist Chapel dated 1836. This is a brick building with a hipped and slate roof and is long and rectangular in plan. This chapel was much altered and realigned in the late 19h century, and it was given an entrance at one end. The original entrance of the chapel is on one of the longer sides, the bays on each side have two tiers of windows and at the extreme left-hand end there is a later two-storeyed vestry wing.
