Summary
A 1m x 1m test pit was excavated by the Loddon and District History Group in May 2012. Roman greyware, Thetford ware and post-medieval pottery sherds were recorded.

May 2012. Test pit.
Test pit excavation by Loddon and District History Group on 12 May 2012.
Roman grey ware, Late Saxon Thetford ware and medieval pottery sherds were found, along with more modern pottery sherds.
