Full Description
April 1998. Metal-detecting. [1].
Found at unrecorded location in Hockham parish:
Middle Bronze Age spearhead with fastening loops and including traces of wood.
Information from PAS download.
A. Cattermole (HES), 13 March 2013.
Although this record was previously mapped this was due to a misreading of the PAS record for the Bronze Age spearhead, which gives only a parish-level provenance and an arbitrary four-figure grid reference.
P. Watkins (HES), 28 January 2024.
