Full Description
The Station workshops date from the Expansion period, but have been extensively modified.
A. Cattermole (HES), 21 March 2013.
The main workshops are the building now numbered 17A, to the south east of the later steel-framed extension which formed the Mechanical Engineering bay, erected in 1973.
See (S1) for further information.
A. Cattermole (HES), 17 September 2013.
There is a mural on one of the walls in the crew room. It was painted directly onto the wall with a false wooden frame around it. More information to follow.
