Summary

Metal-detecting between 2013 and 2021 recovered Roman, medieval and post-medieval pottery sherds; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons and a number of other, Roman to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include an undated copper alloy possible razer and iron tanged axehead (most likely post-medieval or modern); Roman brooches and a military strap end; Early Saxon brooches; Middle/Late Saxon hooked tags; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval harness stud or mount and lead seal matrix; a medieval/post-medieval rumbler bell, copper alloy vessel fragment and copper alloy probable vessel repair rivet and a post-medieval crotal bell, hinge plate, furniture mount or escutcheon, silver pendant and lead cloth seal.
