This museum holds a collection of poorly provenanced Palaeolithic objects from Southacre, comprising 10 handaxes, 2 cleavers and 1 flake - found by [1] prior to 1967 (KILLM : 1966.40).
Noted on (S1) and likely to have been included by Wymer in the quatifications given for the main Southace sites in (S2) (which he considered as a single assemblage). These obects were most likely from the Thorpe Pits, although this finder is also not mentioned in the records for either this site.
