Summary

Metal-detecting between 2013 and 2019 recovered a medieval pottery sherd; Roman, Late Saxon, medieval and post-medieval coins; medieval and post-medieval jettons and Middle/Late Bronze Age, Roman and Middle Saxon to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Middle/Late Bronze Age chisel; a Roman bracelet fragment; a Middle/Late Saxon hooked tag; medieval and post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval fragment of processional cross, a seal matrix, scabbard chape, harness pendant and harness fitting, probably a strap distributor; a medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragment and an end-cap from a scale-tang knife and a post-medieval crotal bell.

Middle/Late Bronze Age chisel (S1).
1 Roman coin and a bracelet fragment.
Middle/Late Saxon hooked tag.
3 medieval coins, buckles, a fragment of processional cross, a seal matrix, button, scabbard chape, harness pendant and harness fitting, probably a strap distributor.
Medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragment and an end-cap from a scale-tang knife.
2 post-medieval coins, a button and a crotal bell.
