Summary

Metal-detecting in 2014 recovered Roman coins as well as Bronze Age, Roman and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Bronze Age axehead fragment; a Roman unusual copper alloy vessel, brooch and lid from a vessel such as an oil jar in the form of a bust of a grotesque male; a medieval thimble and a medieval/post-medieval button.
