On bare soil surface immediately east of east wall, sherd of glazed Grimston type ware.

1 bodysherd with applied strip in fabric similar to Jennings early medieval sandwich ware.

Soil on north edge dry area trench directly opposite nave north door 1 sherd medieval unglazed, wheel turned = context 2.
