Pre 1929. Stray Find.
According to (S1) the Norwich Castle Museum holds 2 Mesolithic flint microliths from Barnham Broom. These were formerly in the possession of J. S. Warburton and are recorded as being from "Barnham". These finds were identified by R. Jacobi and his records include basic descriptions and the museum accession number (NWHCM : 1929.153; a small collection of finds from several Norfolk parishes).

Given that there is a Barnham in Suffolk (close to Thetford) and other places with that name in the vicinity (Barnham Cross Common etc.) the provenace of these objects should probably be treated with caution; particularly as Warburton is known to have found at least one microlith in the Thetford area in 1910 (see NHER 5722).
