Map

Pre July 1955. Stray Find.
Found by [1]:
1 Palaeolithic flint object. Donated to the Norwich Castle Museum (NWHCM : 1955.107). Although the other objects with this accession number are recorded as being from a site to the west (NHER 2074), the grid reference marked on this flint (TF 974 394) places it at this location. It was probably identified as Palaeolithic by P. Robins (NCM) and appears to be the broken tip of a pointed or ficron type handaxe.
P. Watkins (HES), 4 September 2014.
