A World War Two spigot mortar emplacement set within a small pit.

September 2014. Field Observation.
[1] notes that the spigot is hidden under gorse bushes and is about 3 metres from the path. The spoil from the pit can be seen on the south side of the coastal path. The concrete plinth is sound but the spigot is rusty.
