2013. Historic Building Recording.
A basic, mainly photographic, survey was undertaken ahead of the proposed demolition of Orchard Cottages. The structure appears to have been a pair of single storey cottages with a low outshut to one. A datestone A H 1795 appeared in the northern gable. The cottages were colourwashed and assumed to be brick with a replacement pantile roof. No chimney was apparent.
See report (S1) for further details.
