Full Description
1969. Gilman Road beside Lazar House.
Human skeletal remains recovered from sewer trench being laid along Gilman Road.
Parts of at least two bodies recovered (right leg mainly) - one from just to the front of the Lazar House building and another about a third of the way along the side. A third seen in the centre of the trench about the same depth as the first, 3ft 6in (1m).
From staff fieldwork (W Milligan). Register adds 'leprous'. [1]
