A World War Two spigot mortar emplacement presumably protecting the road bridge over the River Babingley in Castle Rising Parish. The concrete pedestal and central pintle survive. Discovered during survey for potential river restoration. Map location is approximate, based on grid reference and information supplied by Norfolk Rivers Trust.
