Structural assessment made of barn ahead of proposed conversion to two dwellings.

Record made of barn ahead of proposed demolition of lean-tos and conversion to residential use.
Late 18th century barn constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The barn has a datestone of 1792 which has eroded. From 1947, the barn was used as a smithy or engineering works.
