Summary

Excavation of footings for a new residential dwelling was monitored, but finds were limited to a series of 20th century pits. No features or artefacts dating earlier than the 20th century were observed.

Excavation of footings for a new residential dwelling was monitored.
Six pits were recorded within the upper portion of the trenches, all containing objects dated to the 20th century including glass bottles, stoneware pots, and metal tins. One of the pits contained incomplete remains of an Aga-type oven.
No features or artefacts dating earlier than the 20th century were observed.
