Polished axe from beach, 1895.

H. H. Halls and W. G. Clarke exhibited Neolithic flint implements found by them on the beach at Trimingham with dull black patination, probably washed ashore in lumps of peat from the submerged peat beds off the Norfolk and Suffolk coast.
