Summary

A basic record was made of The Rookery, prior to its demolition and the construction of a new residential dwelling.
The Rookery was formerly a pair of red brick 19th century cottages that had been converted into a single dwelling. The last occupant for many years lived a self-sufficient 'off-grid' existence on the site, reflected in a number of unusual modifications to the property.
