Summary

Farmstead of probably 18th century date comprising farmhouse and former farmbuildings, some already part converted to residential use. A basic photographic survey was made in 2014 in relation to plans to extend the farmhouse and convert other farm buildings.

A basic photographic record was of the farmhouse at Ivy Farm prior to its extention and alteration. A record was also made of several agricultural outbuildings prior to their conversion to residential use. Some buildings had already been part-converted at the time of this work.
This farmstead is of probable 18th century date.
