Summary

Metal-detecting between 2015 and 2020 recovered Roman, Early Saxon, medieval and post-medieval coins as well as a range of other, Roman to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Roman lead steelyard weight, an Early Saxon brooch; a Late Saxon/medieval harness fitting; a medieval brooch and buckle; medieval/post-medieval buttons and copper alloy vessel leg and a post-medieval toggle clasp and lead cloth seal.
