Summary

Metal-detecting between 2015 and 2024 recovered Neolithic/Bronze Age flint flakes; Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age scrapers; Roman and medieval coins and a number of other metal objects, including a Roman brooch and button-and-loop fastener, a medieval copper alloy seal matrix and a post-medieval spur and fragment of silver sheet metal object.

As the silver object was undiagnostic as to date it cannot be said with any confidence to be over 300 years of age and was not subject to reporting under the 1996 Treasure Act.
