Summary

A possible mound, perhaps the site of a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible as an earthwork on lidar imagery. A second possible mound, NHER 61478, is visible approximately 108m to the east. As the lidar imagery is from a recent survey (flown in 2015), it is likely that any earthworks still survive.

Map

A possible mound is visible as an earthwork on lidar imagery (S1). Although the supposed earthwork is not particularly pronounced or well-defined, and its nature is uncertain, it could plausibly relate to a Bronze Age round barrow. A second possible mound, NHER 61478, is visible approximately 108m to the east. As the lidar imagery is from a recent survey (flown in 2015), it is likely that any earthworks still survive.
