Summary

This two-storey red brick former house dates to the 18th-century. It has a pantile roof and is built againt the cathedral precint wall. It is listed Grade II.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former house, now offices. 18th-century, against precinct wall. Rendered brick. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Four irregularly spaced first-floor windows. Right-hand off-centre panelled door. Reeded, panelled pilasters supporting frieze depicting pelicans and their young in nests plucking their breasts. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and raised and moulded surrounds."

1970s or 1980s. Building Survey.
Examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Two-storey block of ?early 18th-century date, built around a small internal courtyard. Interior mostly gutted and stair lost. ?17th, 18th and 19th-century cellars, one with re-used ?17th-century timber.
