1970s or 1980. Building Survey.
Building examined, almost certainly as part of Norwich Survey.
Two-storey brick block date to 1738, two rooms deep, plus second floor in end-on gable. No 18th-century features of note. First floor has two moulded timbers re-used as wall plates. End stops survive away from street.
The back block appears to be part of the original build, extending over passage at east end. There is an 18th-century cellar under the front block, with blocking in the rear cellar wall suggesting a further cellar to the north.
See notes (S2) for full description and sketch plan.
