Full Description
Site of 56 and 58 Ber Street, both now demolished.
1970s or 1980s. Building Survey.
No 56 examined as part of Norwich Survey.
Three storey 19th-century red brick façade concealing what may have been a 17th-century block with two-storey lean-to on rear and additional rear range. Ground floor with large ceiling timbers, end stopped. Access to interior denied.
See record form (S1) for further details and copy of photograph. See also file for copy of sketches made during an examination of No 58 (from A. Carter archive and almost certainly also produced as part of Norwich Survey).
