1972. Listed Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House(?) now shop. 18th century. Rendered façade.Pantile roof. Three storeys. Two first floor windows. 20th-century brick shopfront. Four-light 20th-century casements on first floor; sash windows with glazing bars in wooden architraves on second floor. Fascia cornice."
