Summary

This two-storey building is an 18th-century house with 19th-century alterations. It is built of red brick and has a pantile roof and central door. When first examined in 1972 it was found to contain fine 18th-century and 19th-century interior detail.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. 18th century with 19th-century alterations. Red brick. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Three bays. Central door. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Central first floor casement with semi-circular arch. Wide fascia cornice. Roof hipped at south. Fine 18th-century and 19th-century interior detail."

Two-storey red brick basement house. Built in two phases, this being evidenced by a vertical join near the main entrance.
