June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former use unknown, now wholesale warehouse. 17th-century and 18th-century Stucco. Pantile roof. Two storeys. Windows altered. Fine 18th-century doorcase with pediment and keystone, console brackets and rusticated surround."
