Summary

This three-storey red brick former house dates to the 18th-century. It occupies a corner site and has a slate roof and sash windows throughout. The west gable and the ground floor façade on Upper King Street are 20th-century alterations. It is listed Grade II.

"Former house now restaurant. 18th century with 20th-century west gable and alterations. Red brick and slate roof. Corner site. 20th-century ground floor facade in Upper King Street with central bowed window and flanking doors. Tombland elevation:- Three storeys. Two bays."
