Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now offices. 18th-century. Rendered plinth. Rusticated at ground floor, rendered above. Roof not visible. Thee storeys. Three windows at first and second floors. Round-headed carriage arch to right of two ground-floor sash windows with glazing bars. Simple cornice below small parapet. Area railings."
