Summary

This three-storey former house dates to the 18th century and is it right angles to the street line. It has rendered walls, a central door with plain pilasters, a hipped roof with concrete tiles and sash windows throughout.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Former house now offices. 18th century. Rendered. Concrete tiles. Principal façade at right-angles to street-line. Three storeys. Five irregularly spaced second floor windows. Central door with flanking windows and plain pilasters moulded on inner edges. Carved consoles supporting pediment."
