Summary

This two-storey red brick former house dates to the mid 19th century. It has an off-centre door with semi-circular fanlight, sash windows and a hipped slate roof.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Former house, now office. Mid 19th century. Red brick and slate roof. L-shape corner plan. Two storeys. Five bays to Duke Street. Left-hand off-centre panelled door with semi-circular fanlight having curvilinear glazing bars and reeded surround. Sash windows with rubbed brick flat arches. Paired modillion cornice. Hipped roof."
