Map

December 2017. 'Brecks from Above' and Breckland National Mapping Programme.
The remains of a possible post-medieval floated water meadow are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (S1) and imagery from a lidar survey (S2). This is one of several such sites identified along this stretch of the Little Ouse. Alternatively, the features could relate to drainage, or to a different type of riverine feature such as an osier bed. As the lidar survey was fairly recent, it is likely that the earthworks still survive.
