Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of new residential dwelling and detached garage.
No archaeologically significant remains were observed and no finds were recovered. A relatively thin topsoil deposit was found to lie directly above undisturbed natural deposits.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of second new dwelling and associated soakaway.
No archaeologically significant features or deposits were recovered. A relatively thin topsoil deposit was again found to lie directly above the undisturbed natural deposits.
