Summary

A watching brief maintained during groundworks at this site in 2017 recorded no archaeologically significant features or deposits. It appears that the site was significantly truncated when the adjacent warehouse was constructed.

Monitoring of groundworks associated with construction of warehouse extension.
This work revealed no archaeologically significant features or deposits.
There was evidence that the site had previously been significantly truncated, with modern overburden lying immediately above natural deposits. This disturbance most likely occurred when the warehouse was first constructed.
No finds were recovered.
