Summary

Metal-detecting in 2018 recovered medieval and post-medieval coins; post-medieval jettons and tokens and a number of other metal objects. These metal finds include metal finds include an undated lead ingot; a Bronze Age axehead fragment; a Roman brooch; Late Saxon/medieval lead spindle whorls; medieval buckles, strap fittings, casket binding strips or mounts, a harness mount, harness pendant, bar mount, incomplete lead ampulla and lead pot mend; a medieval/post-medieval sword scabbard chape, spur rowel, unidentified copper alloy object and lead weight and a post-medieval rotary key, clapper bell, crotal bell, hinge plate, dress hook, buckle, copper alloy toy musket, lead pot mend (with iron-glazed pottery adhering) and lead cloth seal.

1 post-medieval coin, 4 jettons, 3 tokens, a rotary key, clapper bell, crotal bell, hinge plate, dress hook, buckle, copper alloy toy musket, lead pot mend (with iron-glazed pottery adhering) and lead cloth seal.
