Map

17 August 2013. Site Visit.
By the entrance to The Old Vicarage, where the public footpath turns east. A cast concrete “PUBLIC FOOTPATH” marker. According to NCC Highways there are very few of these, and they suspect they may date from the 1950s or 1960s and that they were probably installed by parish councils or the rural district councils.
Local informant suggests that these were installed in Horsford in the late 1970s [1].
